Prado's Marble & Granite specializes in the fabrication and installation of natural stone.   We do both residential and commercial projects, and no job is too big or too small.  Our specialties include granite kitchen countertops, bathroom countertops as well as showers, bathtubs, floors and custom tables. Low prices and quality craftsmanship gives us an edge over the competition and keeps repeat business coming from homebuilders, contractors and residential customers. Our work includes restaurants, hotels and many other public businesses. Prado's Granite has been serving San Antonio, Austin, the Texas Hill Country, New Braunfels and everywhere in between for over 25 years.  ​

Granite or Quartz are excellent choice for heavily used surfaces such as kitchen and bathroom countertops, table tops, and floors. While some synthetic surfaces scratch easily and melt under hot cookware, granite resists heat and cold. Granite is also one of the most bacteria-resistant kitchen surfaces, and it is not affected by citric acid, coffee, tea, alcohol, or wine as marble is.  It is also scratch resistant, and with proper cleaning, will not stain under normal use.

A leading consumer magazine recently compared granite with engineered stone, ceramic tile, laminate, butcher blocks, and other manufactured surfaces.   Granite received the highest overall performance rating as a kitchen countertop material. And requires the least maintenance.
